为了号召来华留学生们用短视频记录在中国学习期间邂逅的美景、美食、分享难忘的经历、文化的交融，讲述属于自己的中国故事！教育部留学服务中心举办“我与中国的美丽邂逅”2023来华留学生短视频平台赛，让更多的来华留学生通过短视频记录下大家眼中的中国。

一、比赛主题

  用短视频记录身边的中国故事，展现“美丽中国、发展中国、和谐中国、多彩中国……”的中国形象。

二、征稿对象

   长沙医学院国际医药学院全体来华留学生

三、作品要求

1. 常规赛

以短视频形式讲述你与中国的故事，内容主题不限。

2. 主题赛

在参与常规赛的同时，你可额外选择以下一个或多个内容主题投稿参赛。

(1) 主题1：我与一带一路的美丽邂逅 

(2) 主题2：我与中国传统文化的美丽邂逅 

(3) 主题3：我与中国城市的美丽邂逅

注：大家可选择以下两种参赛形式：只参与常规赛 ；同时参与常规赛与主题赛

扫描下方二维码填写问卷，提供联系方式及视频下载源（若同一参赛者有多个视频作品参赛，请为每个视频单独提交问卷）。

（视频号投稿可选）参与视频号活动在视频号平台上传作品时，你可选择在【活动】选项栏搜索并添加“教育部留学服务中心·我与中国的美丽邂逅”,参与视频号活动。活动期间，此活动将显示在教育部留学服务中心视频号首页，增加微信生态内作品曝光率。

比赛时间：2023.10.8 -10.31

六、评选方法及奖项 

1. 组委会将根据参赛同学作品的主题、传播度（点赞数、评论数、转发数）、创意度、参赛作品总数量评选获奖选手，获奖选手将获得第七届“我与中国的美丽邂逅”来华留学生征文暨短视频大赛获奖证书及奖品奖励。

2. 主题赛获奖选手将获得“我与中国的美丽邂逅”2023年度主题特别奖励。优秀作品将在教育部留学服务中心、“留学中国”海外社交媒体平台进行展示。

Methods to Participate

On the basis of the Regular Contest, this year we have added a special Theme Contest option to meet the demand for video submission on different themes. We will also be offering special prizes for the Theme Contest along with the regular unified evaluation.

 This year you can choose between the following two methods to participate:

（1） Participate in the Regular Contest only

（2）Participate in both Regular Contest& Theme Contest

Regular Contest

Share your stories in China with any themes you like.

Theme Contest

Along with the participation in the Regular Contest, you can choose one or more of the following themes to participate.

(1)  Theme 1: My Beautiful Encounter with “The Belt and Road”

(2) Theme 2:My Beautiful Encounter with Chinese Traditional Culture

(3) Theme 3:My Beautiful Encounter with Chinese Cities

1 Video upload

（1）Regular Contest: Upload the videos with the main tag of#我与中国的美丽邂逅#

When uploading your work on the WeChat Channel platform, you have the option to search and add “教育部留学服务中心·我与中国的美丽邂逅”in the [Activity] column to participate in the WeChat Channels Activity. During the contest period, the Activity will be displayed on the homepage of the CSCSE WeChat Channel to increase the publicity in the WeChat ecosystem. 

Evaluation Regulations and Awards

The organizing committee of the contest will select the winners based on the theme, popularity (number of likes, comments and retweets), creativity and the total number of entries of the participant’s works. The winners will be awarded with certificates and prizes of the 7th "My Beautiful Encounter with China" Essay and Short Video Contest for International Students.

Winners of the Theme Contest will get special award for the “My Beautiful Encounter with China”Theme of 2023.

Outstanding short videos will be showcased at CSCSE and “Studyinchina”international social media accounts.
